For the first time since their big blow up, Wayne invites Joey back to the gym. Later, John makes a tough decision, which blindsides Wayne.

Chris C. contemplates his future in the program after having ongoing shoulder issues during training. Meanwhile, Nour reveals a shocking secret that sends everything into chaos.

John attempts to return to Wayne's team after getting some advice from a friend. Emotions are high as Nour's court date for his sentencing arrives.
