Wayne and Tyson meet a group of men who aspire to become boxers. The orientation proves to be too much for one man as he drops out before the training even begins. Meanwhile, Wayne’s wife, Stephanie, voices her concerns about Tyson’s involvement in the show.

The preparations for training begin inside the gym, however, outside the gym a street fight breaks out, which leads to a boxing match proposal. Later on, the fight doctor walks out on the show after meeting Tyson, which puts everything in jeopardy.

The training camp begins, however, after a night out of partying Mitchell shows up late and Tyson makes him pay for it. Tony’s wife is apprehensive about his aspirations to become a boxer.

Mitchell makes a sarcastic comment towards Tyson. As a punishment, Tyson challenges Mitchell to step into the ring for 60 seconds. Justin voices his concern for lack of competition to Wayne. Marz questions whether boxing is for him.

Tensions are high as Tyson and Wayne separate the group into two teams. Wayne and Justin go on a road trip to Truro in hopes of finding Justin an opponent. Daniel knocks down and hurts Tony in the group’s first sparring session.

Dylon gets jumped by a gang of people and Wayne pulls him aside to give him some life advice. Dylon opens up and reveals some of the struggles he deals with in his life. Daniel takes his training to another level with UFC fighter, Gavin Tucker.

Dave struggles with not being able to punch hard in training. Dave gets hurt during a sparring session with Cenan and Laura, boxing coach at the Queensberry gym, gives him a hard dose of reality. Matt reveals who his opponent is going to be.

Matt shows up at the gym intoxicated and in no condition to train. Later in the week, Wayne calls for a meeting with Matt to express his concern for Matt’s health and well-being. Tyson decides to abruptly quit the show making things even more chaotic for Wayne. Davey is falling behind in his trai...

Tony once again finds himself viciously knocked down by Daniel for a second time. After seeing the knockdown, Dave decides to pull himself from his boxing match with Tony. Brett goes skydiving to help prepare himself to step in the ring. Wayne has to deliver some devastating news to Mitchell.

Fight night is here. However, unexpectedly, one of the fighters might not make it to the ring due to medical concerns from the fight doctor.
